Step #1 – Needs Assessment with a Marketing Strategist.
WHO ARE YOU, WHAT DO YOU WANT, WHAT ARE YOU MISSING TO GET THERE.
This meeting may seem trivial, but it is the most important part of the process. During this meeting, we absorb a lot of information about your company. We try to understand what you have to offer, what is your current strategy, what is your market and especially what are your short, medium and long term expectations. Do you want new customers quickly to fill a need immediately or do you want to implement a recurring sales strategy? What internal resources do you have that need to be involved in this process? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Leave it to us and we’ll take care of the rest!
Step #2 – Telephone prospecting firm: Customized proposal

From the writing of the sales scripts to the general configuration of all the necessary scales of performance and the measurement tools to evaluate the work that will be done by the agent(s). You should know that we have access to a list of all the companies in Canada and the United States. We can sort out the most relevant information to find your target clientele most likely to use your product/service. We can search by territory, number of employees, sales and many other important criteria. If we don’t find the right list for you, we’ll custom build it! All you need is an online directory or any other directory that you can send us.
Here is what will be put in place by our team in order to achieve your project
- Creation of your interface in order to follow the evolution of your project and to communicate.
- Writing of a sales script
- Drafting of email templates to send to the prospect. (Info/advertising)
- Creation of a temporary email in your name for prospect communications.
- Creation of a Calendly online calendar.
- Purchase and configuration of your phone line.
- Purchase and sorting of the prospecting list. Get the best prospects for your business.
- Configuration of the CRM and process steps
- Selection and training of agents. Simulation of scripts and review of the mission.
Step #4 – Telephone prospecting firm: Start of calls
CALL SAMPLING, LIVE TRAINING, TRAINING, ADJUSTMENT, PERFORMANCE
The adventure finally begins ! Agents attempt their first calls to validate the script and the receptivity of the prospects. Our quality manager connects to all calls to hear the live discussions and intervene simultaneously with the agent. Our phone system allows us to “coach live” the agents without the prospects hearing us. This speeds up the training and gets us to the script and to the next level in no time. After the first few hours, we either train the agent in performance or change agents immediately. Our experienced agents are human. We have to find the best ways to reach the performance level in the shortest possible time. This is our responsibility. So one of the points that makes us a prospecting firm with different strategies is that throughout the process the conversations will be listened to to validate that the script and quality are respected.
You will receive opportunities ( LEADS, physical or phone appointments ) in real time.
At this point, the agents have the mission to call each prospect to validate whether or not the prospect qualifies for your product or service. The ultimate goal is to collect information and feed your database. It goes without saying that we will have the chance to discuss with hot prospects who are interested in meeting you to fill a short-term need. Keep in mind that only 1/2 of the prospects will be available to talk to us on the first attempt. Despite the fact that we will have little discussion with the decision makers, we will have used a strategy to collect their name and email. The second attempt will be more successful.
What we will collect for you.
In addition to the opportunities and meetings that we will have found for you, here is the relevant information that we will be able to collect and give you at the end of the mandate:

- Is the company still in operation?
- Name of the person in charge
- Email of the person in charge
- Best phone number or extension of the person in charge
- Does the prospect qualify as a user of your product or service?
- An appointment with prospects whose timing is right to meet you
- A list of prospects interested in meeting you later in the year. (Timing)
- The list of prospects who have no interest. Don’t waste time with them, focus on those who are interested in your products/services.
- The list of all prospects to whom we have sent additional information about your company.
- Relevant notes from the call
Step #5 – End of the mandate
HOW THE PROCESS WENT, UNDERSTANDING YOUR MARKET, ANALYZING THE RESULTS
The adventure ends, but the story is not over… it’s just beginning. We have spent hours and hours contacting, chasing up prospects to inform them about your company and see if they would be interested in meeting you in the short or long term. Of course, some will not be interested, some will never be reached by phone even after several attempts.
At the end of the project you will receive:
- A complete report.
- Your prospect acquisition cost
- A list of all the opportunities (appointments) that were sent to you throughout the process.
- An Excel file of the updated database including emails, lead names, interest levels and notes.
- Tools we have created such as sales scripts, email templates, Gmail access.
We don’t attach clients, we accompany them in their sales process.
With all these tools, the project report and the complete database, you will be able to decide if you want to pursue the sales process internally in your company or with our collaboration. It will be possible for you to obtain a bank of hours with us and thus keep the agent who has been trained on your mandate. On average, 16 to 24 H / week are required to pursue a development that gives good results.
