What does a development agent do at Prospecto?

Our development agents are communication professionals. They contact people and / or businesses by telephone on behalf of our clients in order to generate new opportunities for them. They do appointment scheduling, information gathering and sending informational emails. They can sometimes follow up on appointments. They help to improve yields. They help to set up and improve strategies, approaches and scripts. They enter follow-up notes in our CRM and complete the required reports. Other tasks may be required from time to time as the business needs it.
